Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping records with HRIS systems
- Manage tax filings and year-end compliance (W-2, 1099)
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on garnishments, benefits deductions, and terminations
- Stay current on federal/state labor laws and FLSA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel intermediate level)
