Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now platform
- Manage multi-state tax filings and garnishment compliance across 15 jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Prepare quarterly tax reports and year-end W-2 distributions
- Implement process improvements using data analytics
- Serve as primary payroll liaison for employee inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state wage & hour regulations
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
