Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Xero platforms
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
