Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for capital budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate new projects and investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
