Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and ad-hoc financial requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
