Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in SF Bay Area
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
