Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and financial modeling to track KPIs and forecast future performance.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive management.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis is a strong plus.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
