Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting for investment portfolios
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with portfolio managers on risk assessment and performance metrics
- Lead annual budgeting cycles and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical reasoning skills
- Proven ability to present complex financial data to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs market dynamics a plus
