Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting and data analytics systems
- Present complex financial insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools (Power BI a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
