Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis for $200M+ portfolio
- Develop executive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to track KPIs
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles with 95%+ accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc ROI analysis for new market expansion initiatives
- Partner with operations to optimize cost structures across 5 business units
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with multi-sector exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven track record of delivering high-stakes financial presentations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
