We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual operating budgets and monitor actuals against targets.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and ad-hoc financial requests.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices for data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
