Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support annual budget preparation and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict revenue streams, assess profitability, and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and external reporting standards.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL is essential.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
