Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver monthly/quarterly variance reports
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL and Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
