- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte tax software efficiently
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex tax cases
- Conduct tax research and maintain regulatory compliance
- Present findings through clear client communications
- Support audits and IRS correspondence resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in flexible scheduling
- Knowledge of CA state tax regulations
