Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed commentary
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A analysis and capital expenditure evaluations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or active pursuit preferred
