What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues and expenses.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals and budgets.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle for multiple departments.
- Present financial data and insights to the executive team in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
