Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
