Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Collaborate on annual audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with financial reporting software
