Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across 15+ departments
- Create actionable insights from market trends and competitor financial data
- Present financial findings to C-suite executives using advanced visualization tools

Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in fintech or investment management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- CFA charterholder or CPA certification required
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex financial narratives
- Strong background in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
