Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for tech sector clients
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and budgeting processes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategies
- Lead financial due diligence processes for M&A initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation highly valued
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
