Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the month-end and quarter-end close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
