Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Present financial data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Maintain and improve internal financial systems and reporting processes to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
