Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess various business scenarios.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct detailed audits of financial data to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and external investor reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL or Python is a distinct advantage.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
