Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends affecting business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning processes
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry highly desirable
