Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to identify performance gaps
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
