Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance between actual and projected performance, identifying key drivers
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead budgeting cycles across multiple business units and cost centers
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Knowledge of SEC reporting standards and GAAP compliance
