Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial data into clear narratives
- Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent communication abilities to present findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in financial operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting principles
