Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, explaining account features, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations
- Open new accounts, update customer information, and assist with digital banking services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Participate in branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and credit verification
