Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions following strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence standards
- Adhere to all banking regulations including BSA/AML and KYC procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (BSA/AML)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
