Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support business strategy
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting and cost optimization
- Lead month-end close processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses to support M&A activities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation a plus
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industry preferred
