Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for client portfolio analysis
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial performance
- Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience with healthcare or tech industry financial reporting
