Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and complex tax filings for 50+ states
- Lead payroll audits and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Develop and maintain payroll policies aligned with FLSA and ACA requirements
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement continuous process improvements using Excel VBA and Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA automation experience
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and state-specific labor laws
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and year-end reconciliations
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
