Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for strategic decision-making
- Present complex financial insights to executive stakeholders through executive dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize asset allocation and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in wealth management or investment services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) and Excel
- Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and asset allocation strategies
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of driving financial improvements and delivering results
- Active FINRA Series 7/63 or willingness to obtain upon hire
