Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Train new hires on payroll processes and equipment usage
- Collaborate with HR on employee data maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expert knowledge of FLSA and multi-state payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday a plus)
- Proven attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data
