Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A opportunities
- Develop and maintain rolling 18-month financial forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Prepare executive dashboards highlighting KPIs and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and expense optimization
- Lead ad-hoc financial studies for market expansion initiatives
- Automate reporting workflows using Python and Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven track record of optimizing financial processes
