Responsibilities

- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for budget deviations

- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP financial systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to executive leadership
- Certification in FP&A or related financial planning designation a plus
