Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for $500M+ revenue portfolio
- Develop advanced financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and market opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations with KPI dashboards and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements in FP&A workflows using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and investment strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A activities and market expansion projects
- Mentor junior analysts and lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or public accounting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and Power BI/Tableau expertise
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS or technology sector highly desirable
