Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by gathering necessary data.
- Conduct routine audits of financial documents and transactions.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, or a recent graduate with a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
