Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow scenarios.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Perform industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation and resource allocation.
- Assist in the evaluation of capital projects and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with financial databases such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, or FactSet.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
