Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and ROI for new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve financial outcomes
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Present findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools like Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
