Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment valuations and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
