Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify investment opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on operational efficiency improvements
- Lead budgeting and planning cycles across multiple business units
- Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and macros
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven track record of presenting financial insights to C-level executives
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
