Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis and explain significant deviations from the budget or forecast.
- Create detailed financial reports and executive dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Streamline financial processes and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences.
