Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital project evaluation.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor spending against established KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and internal management presentations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
