Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new business initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SQL or Python is highly desirable.
