Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and long-term forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to explain financial discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee the budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against KPIs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to maximize ROI.
- Partner with operations and sales teams to understand business drivers and revenue projections.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for audits and board presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Index/Match).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
