Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation a significant plus
