Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable financial insights.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership to drive performance improvement.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
