Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Prepare and present quarterly financial reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating M&A opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Develop automated financial dashboards using Power BI and Excel VBA to enhance decision-making
- Perform due diligence analysis for private equity investments and venture capital opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading successful financial transformation projects
- Certification in FRM, CPA, or CFA highly desirable
