Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and profit and loss statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Identify key business opportunities and areas for cost reduction to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide recommendations on investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards (GAAP).
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into business narratives.
